Singapore EXPO 2024 ITAP Exhibition: Building Customer Relationships

As one of the exhibitors, we took part in this event with a wide range of gear products, which gained favorable comments from our target customers.

At the recently concluded Singapore Industrial Transformation ASIA-PACIFIC (ITAP 2024), 400 exhibitors from more than 30 countries gathered together and attracted 18,000 professional visitors from more than 70 countries. As one of the exhibitors, we took part in this event with a wide range of gear products, which gained favorable comments from our target customers.

During the exhibition, our booth attracted a lot of attention, with a wide range of gears on display, including straight, helical, straight bevel and worm gears, which won unanimous recognition from the visitors for their excellent quality and advanced design concepts. It is worth mentioning that many Chinese visitors stopped by our booth because they saw that we are engaged in the production of machinery and components. One of the Chinese engineers, who has settled in Singapore for more than 20 years, recalled his experience of studying mechanical engineering during his university days and lamented how time flies. He expressed his pride and affinity in seeing companies from his home country showcasing the strength of Made in China on the international stage.

Besides meeting old friends, we also met many new faces. Some customers even found our booth after searching for a long time in the exhibition hall and expressed their willingness to buy. Some delegations from Malaysia and Indonesia even came to our booth, scrutinized our exhibits and had in-depth communication. Through this exhibition, we not only gained a number of potential customers, but also established a good relationship network with industry insiders from many countries.


After the exhibition, we collated the feedback from all the visitors and exchanged business cards with several interested customers. Through this exhibition experience, we deeply felt the importance of international exchange and cooperation, and actively participate in more international exhibitions to let more people understand and recognize our products and build brand effect.
